TACTICAL YOGA LAWRENCEVILLE
Come do Yoga at sunrise with me in historic Lawrenceville, GA. I'll be coming into town as part of the Cadre Dan Ride. No experience necessary as this will serve as a great warm-up for the 12 Miler that follows this event. Tactical Yoga is a discipline-based yoga system built on structural stability, mobility, recovery, and the Inspirational Warrior mindset. Led by Cadre Dan...Green Beret/GORUCK Cadre/Tactical Yoga Founder we will focus on breathing, poses and meditation. All levels are invited as the class will have modifications for all fitness levels.
