ABOUT CADRE DAN

Cadre Dan is a 28-year Army veteran, Green Beret, GORUCK Cadre, and endurance athlete. He has been practicing Yoga since 2012 and noticed a difference in performance when sticking to a daily routine of Yoga to start the day. He also is a RYT-200 certified Yoga Instructor through Yoga Renew. My Yoga Alliance ID is 657889.
