ABOUT CADRE DAN

Cadre Dan is a 28-year Army veteran, Green Beret, GORUCK Cadre, and endurance athlete. He has been practicing Yoga since 2012 and noticed a difference in performance when sticking to a daily routine of Yoga to start the day. He also is a RYT-200 certified Yoga Instructor through Yoga Renew. My Yoga Alliance ID is 657889.

Tactical Yoga was forged at the intersection of ancient yogic principles and modern tactical readiness-built to develop resilient, disciplined people who lead with purpose.

    The Battle of Vicksburg was a decisive Union victory in the American Civil War that successfully split the Confederacy in two. Culminating on July 4, 1863, the 47-day siege gave the Union complete control of the Mississippi River, cutting off vital Confederate supply lines.

    Welcome to Day 212 of Tactical Yoga 365.

    The Battle of Chickamauga, fought from September 18–20, 1863, was a major Confederate victory in the Western Theater of the American Civil War and the most significant Union defeat in that region. Fought in northwestern Georgia near West Chickamauga Creek, the battle resulted in 34,624 combined casualties, making it the second-bloodiest battle of the entire Civil War, surpassed only by the Battle of Gettysburg.

    Tactical Yoga 365 - Day 213 - Lookout Mountain

    Welcome to Day 213 of Tactical Yoga 365.

    The Battle of Lookout Mountain was a major Union victory fought on November 24, 1863. It is famously known as the "Battle Above the Clouds" because dense fog and smoke completely shrouded the steep slopes during the assault. Union forces commanded by Major General Joseph Hooker successfully stormed the mountain, drove back the Confederate left flank, and lifted the tight military siege on Chattanooga, Tennessee.
